2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available through our Roku channels or website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material — sufficient information to locate the content, including the Roku channel name, video title, and approximate time of infringement if applicable.
- Your contact information — your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it was located before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where Naga Company is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
4. Content Moderation Policy
Our Roku channels carry only curated, licensed, and original content. We do not host user-generated content (UGC) on our channels or website, which significantly reduces the risk of copyright infringement. However, if any content is found to infringe copyright, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the content provider or channel operator of the removal.
- Terminate repeat infringers' access to our publishing platform in appropriate circumstances.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Naga Company maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or content partners who are repeat infringers of copyright.
